Farreach International Founder, Chijioke Dikeocha, Presents Research and Dev. Project Mgt. Apps to Imo State Ministry of Digital Economy/E-Govt

The Founder and Managing Director of Farreach International Ltd, Mr. Chijioke Dikeocha, on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, presented a range of digital research and development project management applications to the Imo State Ministry of Digital Economy and E-Government in Owerri, Imo State.

The event, which was held at the Ministry’s Annex located within the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, attracted dignitaries, including the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Dr. Mrs. Violet Igwe, who ably represented the Commissioner for Digital Economy and E-Government, Dr. Chimezie Amadi.

In her remarks, Dr. Igwe commended Farreach International for its innovative contributions to digital technology, describing the initiative as a welcome development for Imo State.

She assured that the Ministry, under the administration of Governor Hope Uzodimma, remains open to strategic partnerships aimed at improving digital knowledge and skills across the State.

Speaking to journalists after the presentation, Mr. Dikeocha explained that Farreach International is driven by research and technology to provide innovative inclusive solutions for both profit-oriented and non-profit organizations.

He introduced the Farreach Theory and its practical extension, the Farreach 1 Toolkit, which, according to him, are founded on rigorous academic research published in the Annals of the International Communication Association in 2024.

“These tools are designed to bridge the gap between innovation and impact, ensuring that digital technological innovations and development interventions reach and resonate with the people it is meant to serve,” he said.

Dikeocha disclosed that the company has developed several digital products to support government agencies, donor organizations, academic institutions, and civil society organizations. Among them are the Farreach 1 Toolkit, Imo State Farmers App, and SecurityPulse App.

He emphasized the company’s readiness to collaborate with the Imo State Government through the Shared Prosperity Administration of Governor Uzodimma, stressing that the innovations can help address complex challenges in governance, community development, research, agriculture, and security.

“We are calling on the Government to partner with us in driving innovation and digital solutions. Our products are designed to provide lasting impact, and we are also encouraging other State Governments across Nigeria to adopt them to achieve sustainable development. Farreach theory and its digital products are Africa-oriented solutions developed to solve complex local and global challenges facing African countries and other regions of the world,” he added.
